Table formats
Connect Iceberg, Delta Lake, and Hudi tables without loading them into a separate graph database.
Connect your lakehouses, warehouses, and databases. Define their relationships in one graph model and query the data where it lives.
Choose your platform or data source to open its setup guide. For lakehouse catalogs and storage, see the configuration options below.

PuppyGraph uses catalog metadata to locate your tables and reads their data from configured storage. Choose the connection that fits your table format and platform.

Use a supported catalog or metastore for your table format. Iceberg REST is a catalog API supported by implementations such as Polaris, Nessie, and Snowflake Open Catalog.
Configure access to the storage behind your tables.
Supported combinations and authentication requirements vary by table format and platform. Follow the relevant setup guide for your environment.
Connect your sources, define the relationships, and query the graph. A catalog connection makes source data available; your graph model defines how to use it.
Step 01
Open the Catalogs page in the Web UI, click Add Catalog, pick the catalog type, and fill in the connection parameters.
Step 02
A catalog only makes tables visible to PuppyGraph. The data stays where it is.
Step 03
Map source data to nodes and edges in the Schema Builder, or ask the built-in AI assistant to propose a model for review.
Step 04
Use openCypher or Gremlin to follow relationships across your graph.
Explore your graph in the Web UI, build with familiar query languages and client libraries, or connect your AI applications.
01 / Explore
Build a graph model and ask questions in natural language.
Explore the AI assistant ↗Write and run openCypher or Gremlin queries.
Explore the query editor ↗Explore connected entities and paths in your query results.
Explore graph results ↗02 / Build
Query your graph from JavaScript, Java, Python, or Go using compatible openCypher or Gremlin drivers.
03 / Connect
Connect your own AI application through the PuppyGraph MCP Server to inspect the graph schema and run graph queries.
